LaSalle Network has partnered with a Global Manufacturing company that specializes in the production of Machine tools. They are looking for a skilled and passionate Customer Service Manager to join their dynamic team.

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities :

Efficiently handle and process incoming quotes from vendors

Check account statuses, update account information, and input new customer data into the system

Manage new machine orders, including follow-ups, PO receiving, and invoice requesting

Collaborate closely with the controller to send invoices to customers and maintain up-to-date accounts receivable status

Directly communicate with customers to manage standalone orders effectively

Undertake various office tasks such as shipping / receiving packages, answering telephones, filing documents, and ordering office supplies

Collaborate with the logistics team and customers to manage all shipments and related documents

Assist with service warranties, installations, work order assignments, and part ordering when necessary

Customer Service Manager Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university

Previous experience with CRM tools is preferable, but not required

Prior experience in the machine tool industry is preferred

Proficient to advanced use of Microsoft Excel

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Anticipate a typical office setting with periodic exposure to manufacturing environments. Manufacturing settings may present potential hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and both automated and manual machinery
